Propellus Pte. Ltd. ("Propellus", "we", "us") is a company registered in Singapore. We provide AI-native visa processing infrastructure to online travel agencies, travel agents, governments, and travellers.
To process visa applications, we collect and process:
We process this data solely to deliver visa application processing on behalf of agents and travellers — extracting, validating, assembling, submitting, and tracking applications. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
We share data only as required to process an application — for example, with the relevant government authority, visa processing channel, or the agency acting on the traveller's behalf — and with infrastructure providers who process data under contract on our instructions.
We retain application data only for as long as needed to process the application and meet legal and contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or archived according to the data retention requirements of the agency or government we work with. Specific retention periods are confirmed in our data processing agreements.
We apply role-based access controls on a least-privilege basis, encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3), and log access to sensitive data. For a full description of our security architecture, see our Security page.
