The terms governing use of the Propellus platform and services. Last updated June 2026.
These terms govern access to and use of the Propellus platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Where you use Propellus on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Propellus provides AI-native visa processing infrastructure — document extraction, validation, application assembly, submission, and status tracking — delivered to OTAs, travel agents, governments, and travellers. Specific features, volumes, and commercial terms are set out in the agreement or plan applicable to you.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting fraudulent documents, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or using it to violate applicable laws or the requirements of any government authority.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit, for obtaining any consents required from travellers, and for complying with the visa requirements of the relevant destination.
Fees, revenue-share arrangements, and billing terms are set out in your plan or signed agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Our handling of personal and document data is described in our Privacy Policy. For enterprise and government engagements, data processing terms are set out in the applicable agreement.
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this stage of development. Specific service levels, where offered, are defined in your agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propellus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active partners.
